Tires Plus

Extremely unprofessional, I set over 7 hours waiting for them to call and make my claim for repairs and it never happened. I left with no answers and they charged me for the truck being in the shop.

I recently brought my vehicle in for service at Tires Plus on Thomaston rd in Macon and had an excellent experience. The team was incredibly professional, transparent about the work needed, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My jeep is running perfectly. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but I’ve found mine. 5 stars - Highly recommend!

My review is specifically for Brett. He was awesome, sweet, and considerate. My mom’s car needed a tire, but we were needing to get to my daughter’s ceremony. It was taking a little longer than we needed it to, but Brett made sure to assist us the very best that he could and helped make sure I made it to see my baby get her awards. The young lady at the front was also very sweet!

Larry and his team are amazing and genuinely great people that understand how to provide top notch service to take care of folks. Weir transportation company and had two loose tires that needed to get mounted and balanced immediately and we were short on time. Because we are traveling through from Florida to Tennessee. With only moments to spare prior to closing, LARRY and team offered to save the day and take care of us. Words can’t speak enough about the level of professionalism Service and overall satisfaction they provide their clientele we use tires plus all over the country and I can honestly say That Larry provided the highest level of service that we’ve ever seen. He should be promoted and oversee multiple stores so that he may lead each store to providing exceptional service above and beyond, reinforcing the tire plus brand and service commitments. True world, class, individuals here in Macon, Georgia at the Tires Plus.
